3. Contractual conclusion
The offer made in our online shop is a binding offer to you to conclude the contract with us. You can accept this offer by placing your order. The contract takes effect upon sending your order to us. We will then send you an order confirmation by email.

4. Ordering process
If you have found your desired product, you can non-bindingly place it in the shopping cart by entering the requested quantity and clicking the [Shopping Cart] button. You can non-bindingly see the contents of the shopping cart at any time by clicking the “ Cart” link. You can remove the products from the cart or change them by clicking the [Delete] field. If you wish to buy the products in the shopping cart, click on the [Checkout] button in the “Shopping Cart” page.

The rest of the online ordering process involves four steps. In the first step, you can choose to set up a customer account with us as part of your first purchase. Tick the “Create an account for later use” box, click on [Next] and enter your details in the “Your personal details” section. If you already have a customer account, use your login details to log in here under “LogIn”. The “Order as a guest” option allows you to purchase products from us without setting up a customer account.

In the next step, you can select the desired mode of shipment under “Shipment Method”. In the third step, select your desired method of payment and accept our General Terms and Conditions and cancellation policy.
In the last step, the “Place order” area will show you a summary of your order details, which you can check, delete or change. You can correct any errors by navigating back in the browser or cancelling the order and starting again from the beginning.

Click the [Place order now] button to complete the purchase. This will send the order to us.

You have the right to cancel this agreement, no questions asked, within fourteen days.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date on which you or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier took possession of the goods.

You may use the attached template cancellation form if you wish, but it is not required.
Your cancellation will be considered to be within the cancellation period so long as your notice to exercise your right to cancel was sent before the expiration of the cancellation period.
Consequences of Cancellation
If you cancel this agreement, we are required to return to you any payments that we have received from you, including delivery charges (with the exception of any extra costs resulting from your choice of a method of delivery other than the standard delivery offered by us), promptly and within fourteen days of the date on which the notice concerning your cancellation of this agreement was received by us. We will use the same manner of payment for this reimbursement as you used for the original transaction unless we have made explicit agreement with you to the contrary; under no circumstances will you be charged for this reimbursement. We have the right to refuse to make reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods promptly, and in any case within fourteen days after the date on which you notify us of your cancellation of this agreement. You will be considered within the deadline so long as you have sent the goods before the fourteen days have elapsed. You will be responsible for the direct costs for returning the goods.
You will only be responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods if this reduction in value can be attributed to any handling not necessary for inspecting its condition, features, and operability.
The right of cancellation does not apply in the case of distance sales agreements for delivery of goods in sealed packages that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been removed after delivery.

7. Prices and postage/shipping costs
7.1 All prices include the legal VAT plus shipping costs.We deliver with DHL, Deutsche Post
or another provider of our choice.

7.2 Within Germany:we waive postage costs for item values of 39.00 EUR or more. For items valued at less than 39.00 EUR, the flat rate for shipping is 3.90 EUR.

      For deliveries to the EU member countries stated in point 8.1 the flat rate for shipping is 10.90 EUR.>250€=0.00 EUR.

      We waive postage costs for item values of 250.00 EUR or more.

8. Delivery terms
8.1 We exclusively deliver within G e r m  a n y and to the f o l l o w i n g  c o u n t r i e s: Austria, Belgium, Denmark (excluding Faroe Islands and Greenland), Estonia, Finland (excluding Åland Islands), France (excluding overseas regions and departements), Greece (excluding Mount Athos), Great Britain (excluding Channel Islands), Ireland, Italy (excluding Livigno and Campione d’Italia), Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands (excluding non-European regions), Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Slovakia, Spain incl. Canary Islands.

8.2 In cases of payment in advance by bank transfer, unless otherwise explicitly indicated in the offering, products will be delivered domestically within 3-5 days (5-7 days* for international deliveries) after transmittal of your transfer order to your credit institution. For delivery against invoice and payment by Paypal or credit card, products will be delivered domestically within 3-5 days (5-7 days* for international deliveries) after your order confirmation is sent to you.

9. Payment conditions, Discount
9.1 For delivery within Germany, payment can either be made as a prepayment through an advance bank transfer (we grant a 2% discount for this), by credit card (Visa- or mastercard), by invoice, by paypal. We reserve the right to exclude some forms of payment.

9.2 For delivery to the EU member countries mentioned in point 8.1, payment is either made as a prepayment through advance bank transfer (2% discount)
